The Sirius Educational Centre coordinates the school stage of the All-Russian School Olympiad in 83 regions of Russia in six core science subjects — computer science, mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology and astronomy. In the 2025/26 academic year every third schoolchild in the country took part in these subjects, writing more than 7 million papers.
In spring 2026 the invitational stage was held in the six subjects coordinated by Sirius; mathematics and biology were traditionally the most popular. It was open to students in grades 5–10 from Russia, schoolchildren aged 9–18 from other countries, teachers, parents and anyone interested.
The federal territory also hosts the finals of the All-Russian School Olympiad in several subjects every year. In 2026 the final stages in chemistry, astronomy and law were held at Sirius.
